This day honors the children and families affected by these diagnoses, highlights the urgent need for increased research funding, and inspires communities to take action toward better treatments and a cure.

Join the fight against childhood brain tumors by participating in the 10th Annual Superhero Sprint & 6K, hosted by the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation and presented by Headfirst Summer Camps. This all-virtual event allows supporters everywhere to get involved by walking, running, biking, or choosing any activity they like—anytime during May 2025.
It’s a meaningful way to raise awareness and fund critical research for DIPG and DMG, two of the most aggressive pediatric brain tumors.
